As a QA Engineer at PT Solusi Bill Indonesia, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of enterprise platforms, digital products, and business-critical applications through effective manual and automation testing practices.

Tanggung jawab Anda meliputi:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test reports
• Perform manual, exploratory, functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web & mobile applications, APIs, and business-critical workflows
• Perform API testing and API automation using modern testing tools
• Validate business workflows, user journeys, and application functionality across enterprise platforms
• Validate RESTful APIs, WebSocket communication, webhooks, and third-party integrations
• Perform database validation and data integrity verification using SQL
• Execute smoke testing, regression testing, and release validation before production deployment
• Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects throughout the software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, and DevOps Engineers to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality feedback during planning and development phases
• Improve test coverage, automation coverage, QA processes, and testing standards
• Support CI/CD quality gates by integrating automated testing into deployment pipelines
• Ensure every software release meets functional, usability, performance, reliability, and quality standards

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or Software Test Engineer
• Experience performing both Manual Testing and QA Automation
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, test scenarios, test reports, and test documentation
• Experience with API testing using Postman, Insomnia, or equivalent tools
• Experience building UI automation using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent frameworks
• Experience with API automation using REST Assured, Postman/Newman, or similar tools
• Experience performing functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing
• Experience validating relational databases using SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent)
• Experience testing RESTful APIs, WebSocket, webhooks, and third-party integrations
• Familiar with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, Xray, or equivalent
• Familiar with Git and modern software development workflows
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Experience in payment, fintech, ERP, SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise software
• Experience testing payment flows, transaction processing, reconciliation, settlement, or financial systems
• Experience testing asynchronous processing and event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms
• Experience with performance and load testing using k6, JMeter, Gatling, or similar tools
• Experience with security testing fundamentals (OWASP Top 10)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, Kibana, or OpenTelemetry
• ISTQB or other software testing certifications
