As a Backend Engineer at PT Solusi Bill Indonesia, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services for various products and enterprise solutions.

Tanggung jawab Anda meliputi:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
  • Build secure, high-performance, and well-documented RESTful APIs
  • Develop business-critical services for digital products, payment platforms, and enterprise applications
  • Integrate with third-party services, APIs, and external systems
  • Build and maintain event-driven services using Kafka or RabbitMQ
  • Design resilient distributed systems with idempotency, retry mechanisms, failover strategies, and asynchronous processing
  • Optimize PostgreSQL queries, Redis caching, and application performance
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability
  • Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting for production systems
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
  • Minimum 3+ years of backend development experience in production environments
  • Experience building scalable backend systems and microservices
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and backend security
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
  • Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems
  • Good understanding of:
    • Event-Driven Architecture
    • Distributed Systems
    • Idempotency
    • Retry & Backoff
    • Failover Strategy
    • Saga Pattern
    • API Security
  • Familiar with Git and modern software development practices
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Nilai Tambah

  • Experience in payment, fintech, e-commerce, ERP, or enterprise software
  • Experience with API Gateway (Kong, NGINX, etc.)
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms
  • Experience using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, or similar observability tools
  • Experience designing highly available and fault-tolerant systems
